Two Year Marketing Plan – Bill Good. Attendees will receive, in advance, a copy of the two-year marketing plan spreadsheet. In a nutshell, it’s how you find out a) Where do I want to go? And, b) Can I get there from here? Bill will teach you the planning process as well as direct you to many resources to help you get there.

Best Practices-Seminars – Adam Meinrod and Lisa Mercado.  Adam is half of the Adam Meinrod/Chris Leeper team.   Lisa Mercado is their Event Coordinator.  Adam and Chris have used seminars and referrals to grow their business from $67 million in 2002 to a shade over $500 million today.  You will get a realistic assessment of what you can accomplish with seminars in two years.  Learn more!

Momentum: Organic Growth Success Factors – Bryan Sarff will share the “secret sauce” for organic growth that has produced explosive growth. Referrals: Last year they got 95 referrals (you heard that right). 80 became clients. What do they know that you don’t know? Strategic Partners: 21 new clients from partners (not those strategic one- way streets too many refer to as “partners.”) Introductions: Last year, they did two client/guest events. In total, they brought in 17 new clients from just two events. Each of these channels should be part of your two-year plan. Learn more!

John Thomas – You know John. He is the “Mad Hedge Fund Trader.” I always schedule John when he has time to answer all your questions, because he gets tons of them. He will brief you on the trends you need to be on top of for the next few months and years.

Always a Gorilla: 3Ps-Purpose, Plan and Philosophy – In Keith’s keynote presentation, he has a lot of wisdom to share. As Keith hires branch managers and advisors, he focuses on the 3Ps. Purpose drives the motivation. Plan is the roadmap. Philosophy is what you believe and how this affects what you do. Along the way, he will talk about how he organized the team that took him from $170,000 to $4 million. He will focus on the changes you need to make in the next two years. 

Best Practices: “Referrals Without Asking” – Lee Davis. Lee Davis. Lee and his team set the standard for referral marketing. The standard is: 15% of your clients should provide a referral and 60% of those should close ... all without ever asking for a referral. Lee will lay out a 2-year plan for you. Learn more!

Best Practices—What’s Working Today. This is where we all learn from each other. You are doing something that works in your market and will likely work anywhere else. This session is unique in the industry. When you attend your broker/dealer conference, there is not a lot of sharing. Someone may take your idea, do it better than you and take your spot in next year’s Chairman’s Council. But with Gorillas, there is no downside to sharing. And people do. So start thinking of those ideas you want to share.
